Curious by nature, creative by practice, and strategic by training, Gokula is an International Relations (Research) graduate from Shiv Nadar University with a minor in Management Studies. At SNU, she worked with the Office of Dean of Research and Partnership as the Partnerships Activity Coordinator, assisting in conducting events, delegation visits and taking office hours with students. She has also worked with the International Virtual Exchange Conference (IVEC) in design, content writing and social media engagement.
Her Undergraduate Thesis on “Deconstructing the Normalization of Algorithmic Injustices in Learning” , was an empirical and theoretical paper aimed to understand how digital processes of knowledge production reshape or manifest within pedagogical practices- specifically in the Global South. She is also fluent in English, Hindi, Russian and Kazakh.
As the Outreach and Research Coordinator at Gen Next Education, she helps strengthen and expand the organization’s impact through social media strategy, creative design, and program coordination.With a strong foundation in research and innovative problem-solving, she also leads market research efforts. She stays active by nurturing her passion for dance, often attending workshops to keep growing. She also enjoys exploring different cultures, cuisines and movies, is an avid anime enthusiast, and adores her cat, Sultan.
