During last eighteen years of her journey, she has built and scaled initiatives that bridge the gap between access and opportunity- working at the intersection of education, systems, and impact.

Her experience spans designing high-impact student journeys, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, and driving outcomes across partnerships and programs. Known for her ability to bring structure to ambiguity, she has played a key role in building systems that enable both scale and personalization in education delivery.

In her current role, she focuses on shaping a future-ready learning ecosystem by building The Future Ready platform and working across schools, students, and institutional partners to create pathways that go beyond traditional definitions of success.
