Shreya brings a unique blend of firsthand experience and global expertise to the table. As an international student herself, she pursued her MBA at Cardiff University in the UK, giving her a deep, personal understanding of the international education journey. That perspective has shaped her career and continues to fuel her commitment to building meaningful global partnerships.

Before joining Gen Next, Shreya worked closely with several hundred universities across continents, helping them expand their international footprint and tailor strategies for student recruitment and engagement. Shreya takes pride in helping universities identify their unique needs and goals, guiding them toward solutions that serve their mission, rather than offering one-size-fits-all services. That mindset makes her a natural fit for our growing global network. (I’d rather use helping the entire eco-system)

When she’s not working on cross-border education strategies, you’ll likely find her exploring national parks with her 10-year-old son, Praiv. Travelling, hiking, and storytelling are just a few of their shared passions and many of those adventures inspire the writing she does in her free time.

She’s also a firm believer in the potential of AI to reshape global education, and she never says no to a strong cup of coffee (especially when it’s fuelling her next big idea).
