Ben Martin

Born and raised in the Middle East, Ben moved from Bahrain to India for his undergraduate studies and later to the United States, where he earned his MBA from the University of Arkansas.

He joined Gen Next in 2016, initially supporting aspiring students through the Student Success team. His passion for impactful experiences soon led him to university engagement, where he served as Director of Partner Success. In this capacity, he managed partner experiences, built engagement strategies, led CRM strategy and data operations, and coordinated outreach initiatives. His work bridged the gap between marketing, sales, and service delivery, offering him a unique, end-to-end view of Gen Next’s impact. This experience across teams and functions naturally evolved into his current role as AVP of Operational Excellence. Ben now drives alignment across global teams and ensures scalable systems and organizational processes that drive efficiency and growth. He also leads our activities in the Middle East, and manages Gen Next’s suite of tech platforms—g2 Community, gradED, admittED, and recruitED—ensuring seamless experiences for students, universities, counselors, and other partners.

Currently based in Canada, his own journey as an international student continues to fuel his work, motivating him to develop thoughtful, human-centered solutions within the global higher education ecosystem.
