With a background in Computer Science and a specialization in Bioinformatics from VIT Vellore, Pragya began her career in healthcare consulting and operations before moving into education, where she found her passion for building user-centric solutions. She has worked across product, content, and strategy to design platforms for school and college students in the Indian edtech space. Through this work, she developed a strong belief that early exposure to opportunities can shape better decisions and open up meaningful futures, especially when supported by thoughtful systems that help students explore, act, and grow.

At Gen Next, She leads enterprise operations by driving alignment across strategic projects, and building products that make student journeys and university & counsellor engagement more accessible and future-ready. She currently heads the FutureReady Platform, an ecosystem where students can explore career fields, connect with universities, participate in competitions, and build their Future Ready Score through real-world experiences. She is also implementing systems like Asana to strengthen accountability, efficiency, and transparency across teams.

Her approach is shaped by curiosity, structure, and a desire to empower others – connecting people, processes, and platforms to bring ideas to life. Outside of work, she finds calm in yoga, joy in discovering new teas, and inspiration in solving 6,000-piece jigsaw puzzles.
